Please could receptionist at least acknowledge the arrival of a patient when they are just looking at the computer screen and are not ready to deal with the patient. Also an occasional smile would make a lot of difference as would 'Please take a seat in the waiting room', rather than the very curt 'take a seat in the waiting room.'

Myself & my wife have been attending Fitznell surgery for many years and through all the many changes with doctors during that period, not forgetting reception staff, we would recommend the services without reservation

Although the Practice has physically moved several times I have remained under this Practice . The Staff are both helpful and polite and courteous . Any difficulties I have ,are taken on board and resolved immediately .Normally it is myself who is confused , by the array of treatments now possible at a modern surgery . A receptionist is the first point of contact a patient has with the surgery . Receptionists change and progress , but the same standard of care is always maintained . I would recommend the GP`s and all the Staff who I rate very highly .
